Mr. Boakye is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in business strategies development, new business development and business operations management. Mr. Boakye has over 30+ years senior management experience in global companies such as T-Mobile, Motorola, Hutchison Telecom, and Millicom International. Mr. Boakye has extensive business management knowledge of Sub Saharan Africa and particularly Ghana having served as General Manager Engineering for Millicom Ghana and Managing Director for Hutchison Telecom Ghana.

James Hyland, B.Comm

CFO, Secretary & Director

Mr. Hyland is a founding partner in Tribeca capital, and provides corporate development services on behalf of several publicly listed companies in Canada. Mr. Hyland has over 20 years of experience as a financial and marketing consultant, a corporate founder and manager of a number of early-stage public and private Canadian businesses.

Patrick Fitzsimmons, BCIT-BusAdmin

VP Business Development & Director

Mr. Fitzsimmons is an accomplished business executive with extensive sales and marketing experience in information technology and the telecommunications industry. Patrick served with AT&T, Newbridge, AscomTimeplex, and Rogers Communications providing telecommunications products and services. He has held sales and management positions with B&H Imaging Systems, NCR and Merisel Distribution. Mr. Fitzsimmons studied business administration at British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Pertti Johansson, BS., EE/Telecommunications

Director

Mr. Johansson 30+ years of experience in senior executive positions with high-tech companies including President of Qualcomm MEA, creating and managing billions of dollars of major international business in fixed and cellular networks. Founder and built and ran effective organizations in Europe, China, Japan, India, MEA and LATAM.

Dr. Isaac Kankam-Boadu, M.Sc., PhD

Director

Dr. Isaac Kankam-Boadu is a development-oriented Agronomist with a PhD in Agronomy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi. In addition, he holds three Masters degrees in Project Planning and Management, Agronomy and Education (Higher Education Pedagogy) from the University of Bradford, UK and KNUST - Ghana, respectively. Dr. Kankam-Boadu is an experienced Agronomist and Educator with significant knowledge of plantation and industrial crop production and management in Ghana and throughout Sub-Saharan Africa. Dr. Kankam-Boadu is currently the Country Director for the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA), an International Non-governmental Organization dedicated to community, rural development and sustainable livelihoods.
